WP1: Project Management

January 2009 - M1.1: The Consortium Agreement is developed and signed by all the partners.
Ongoing - M1.2. Delivery of all deliverables in high-quality and on time
Ongoing - M1.3 Successful achievement of the project internal goals and coordination of external liaisons activities with the European Union as well as key stakeholders and dissemination and exploitations associates.

WP2: Technical platform tailoring

March 2009 - M2.1: Scenarios are clearly defined and fulfill the user requirements gathered in WP3
August 2009 - M2.2: Alpha version is ready and tested
March 2010 - M2.3: Beta version is ready and tested

WP3: Trials implementations

September 2009 - M3.1: Alpha version is installed in Regions trials servers
April 2010 - M3.2: Beta version is installed in Regions trials servers
September 2010 - M3.3: The successful completion of the trials using Alpha and Beta versions

WP4: Editorial management and content provision

Ongoing - M4.1: The content of the platform is available and constantly updated.
March 2009 - M4.2: Stakeholders that could be contributors to the content of the platform are identified.
September 2009-September 2010 - M4.3: At least 100 users will contribute to the content of the platform.
September 2010 - M4.4: Summaries with input from citizens are forwarded to at least 20 decision-makers.

WP5 - Impact assessment and results analysis

Ongoing - M5.1 The level of public participation in environmental decision-making process in the Franco-Spanish-Greek regions has increased.
Ongoing - M5.2 The input of the citizens was taken into account for at least one environmental decision-making process
December 2010 - M5.3 Conclusion of potential scalability

WP6 – Dissemination & exploitation

Ongoing - M6.1: At least 3 articles regarding the results of the project will be published in newspapers/magazines
Ongoing - M6.2: In total 20,000 final users are expected for the U@MareNostrum platform in all countries
December 2010 - M6.3: At least 60 participants will attend the international knowledge transfer workshop.
Ongoing - M6.4: Joined-up activities with other eParticipation projects will be identified and implemented.
